Subject: Is something wrong with me?

I've met this girl at work. She's my co-worker, she's basically what I am looking for in a woman. Smart, funny, increadbly beautiful (even though she dosen't think so sometimes), just a cool person to be around. Well, I'm in love with her. She knows it because we've talked about it. She says she would date me but feels if something goes bad that it will affect our work at our workplace. I admit she has a point, but is it wrong to give it a try?

Well, after a while she got a boyfriend, he's in the armed forces and has a family. Sometimes she's really confused and comes to me and tells me her problems. She says that she is gonna break up with him but never doses. I've heard his voice messeges on her cell phone, me along with my other co-worker think he's a sweet talker and is playing her for a fool. I really care about her alot, I look out for her and compliment her alot. I really would like to date her, but i dont know what to do. Can you please help me?
