Subject: what should we do???

hey elisha!!!
watz up?? well, lets see... i really like this guy and i know for sure that he really likes me back too. the problem is that he works in our school, and he is 22 (i am 16) even though he really likes me he doesnt want to take the first step because he thinks it would be wrong (i guess becuz of the age diff and stuff) and now he wont even talk to me anymore, and he tries to avoid me all the time. what should i do???!! thanks for the help!!!
