Subject: trouble in my puppy love

As the name suggests, I'm a teenage male. I have asked a girl out and she responded eagerly that she would. That was two weeks ago. At first we were all huggy. She's really really huggy with all of her female friends too. Then some weird things came into play. She told some people that I was a little clingly and it came back to me. I heard this and talked to her, but I felt weird afterwards and tried to keep my respective distance. She felt bad that I heard and said that if It really bugged her that she would have told me. She also thought that I lied about something I said about one of my friends and was mad at me for *lieing* to her. I straitend things out almost a week ago, but she seems kind of reserved now with me. It seems like she avoids me. And I don't follow her around everywhere. The thing is. When I talk to her about it she tells me that she thinks that I'm acting strangly. She thinks what I am but about me. Any help is good help. Thanks.
