there is this place in far east plaza called highest hair salon..they are using shiseido products from japan..i haven't tried the place so i'm not sure how great it is..they are having a promotion though..for ur length..it would cost about $180..there is a affordable place in west mall too..called cos lab salon..for your length it could be around $150-160..my hair is slightly above mid back and they quoted $200..that's fairly reasonable..$120..i've not heard of a place that's that cheap..opt for products from japan as opposed to korean or taiwanese..they are of higher quality..let us knoe how it goes..gd luck =D
