Subject: rebonding bleached hair

i had bleach my hair one year ago and had rebonding done 11 months ago. now my hair is half black half blond but the inner layer has new regrowth hair till the shoulder length. i am thinking to cut my hair to shoulder length and do rebonding again this month and colour it next month. please advise me whether i am suitable to go through these process.
