Dear Elisha,
I live in the USA and I recently had my hair rebonded at a japanese salon called Sunny Day People. I paid $250 and the process took 6 hours. The Stylist who did my rebonding also gave me a hair cut that turned out really bad and uneven. Well I was happy when i left the salon anyways since my hair was shiney and straight and felt really healthy (even though my hair was already straight and healthy before I went into the salon). Well the results from the rebonding lasted 2 days, until I washed my hair. After washing and drying my hair, the back portion of my hair was very frizzy, curled up, and dead. Only the front portion of my hair was straight. I was very sad because I had paid $250 for ugly fried hair. My hair was in better condition before i got the rebonding. When I went back to the salon, they offered a deep condition treatment. I let them do that, but it did not do much. What should be my next step? Should I confront the stylist, or should I just have to live with UGLY, Dead hair???? It makes me very sad just thinking about how she destroyed my hair.
