Subject: smoother legs and underarms

When ever i shaved my legs and underarms using razors, both mt legs and underarms never seem to feel smooth. In fact, the pores are quite large and the hair are not entirely shaved off. How can i minimized the size of the pores and have smoother and beautiful legs and underarms?
