Subject: Rebonding damages your hair??

anyway....does rebonding really damages your hair? aCtually my hair is straight but the tip of the my hair usually curls up a little....and i get really fustrated with it. How do i stop those curl thing?? Does Rebonding helps?? or some hair treatment will do? What is Ice Rebonding, and different with normal Rebonding?
