Well, the rebonding products here in singapore are basically from Japan or Korea. SO, i think it is going to be very diffcult for you to contact the manufacturer. I suggest that you go to a hair salon and ask whether they are using Japanese rebonding products or Korean ones. That's because Japanese ones are better. And if the salon that you go to is using japanese rebonding products, I suggest you kindly ask him/her for the bottle to see who is the manufacturer or the distributor. Wish you all the best! Oh yes! one more thing, before you sell it to the US, you got to get approval from the US government lst! Dont do illegal stuffs i'm telling you! have a nice day!
