Hi!
you can try wearing those 3/4 sleeves and V neck blouse. A low cut one would be good to make sure that the attention is not on your arms but on your chest. that is if you dare to expose. Another alternative is that you can try to wear more bangles on and this will make your whole arm slightly smaller than usual. GooD LUCK!
