Subject: hair damaged severaly

dear sir
as i was in deep depression and used sleeping pills(alzolam1mg & restyl)
continuously since could not able to get sleep
for 3 months,as i had a misunderstanding with my girlfriend
she seduced me sexually after i got a cray on that female
she withdrawn from affair and shown disintress on me
and insulted me badly,(its behaved just for the sake of money and shown actual color of that female as she is a bitch)
which caused me so much of depression and disperation about
females due to that i could not able to sleep hardly 2or
3 hours per day and also have been doing too much of masturbation
>due to that my hair fallen like any thing and someparts became so dry and
damaged and splits end..and infront some gaps also occured
was this cause because of using excessive sleeping pills
once i took sleeping pills at the same time took alchol also
was this problem because of this?
now when ever her thoughts come in to my mind my sleep is
disturbing and feeling so ashamed myself
and mind is tampering me to take revange on her
so how can i come out from that situation?
would my fallen and damaged hair come back?
is there any remedity to my problem, is it curable ?
any products or medicines r available in the market ?

plse give me proper suggestion to my problem
so taht i can av oid mental worry and concentrate on my work
my age is 25 male working as a software professional
or suggest me any doctor or specializt regarding my case in mumbai
