Does the Miss Fort Wayne Scholarship Program permit the female students enrolled at IU Fort Wayne and Fort Wayne Bible College to compete in their "Closed" Local Scholarship Program???

Does the Miss Harvest Homecoming Scholarship Program permit the female students enrolled at IU Southeast in New Albany which is Floyd County, to compete in their "Closed" Local Scholarship Program???

Once again, the Miss Indiana web site under Local Pageants does not advise this information. Again confused. Please reply.
