Two of the four Closed Local Scholarship programs affiliated with a university, Miss Ball State and Miss Vincennes University have incorporated their titleholders into the school's web site. The Miss Ball State web site is fantastic. I was impressed. Why hasn't ISU and Purdue University developed a web site to support their Local titleholder?

Obviously, the developement of a web site would
a.) Provide advertisment to female students
interested in competing in a Miss America Local
b.) Help young women attain scholarship assistance

Are there plans for ISU and Purdue to incorporate their Local titleholders into their school's web site(s)?
