One other thing on this subject, everyone needs to help pass the word up to the front of the ride when someone has a mechanical. If the front doesn't know how are they going to stop? Just like we do with Car Back, Hole or many other things

This is so true. This is one of the things we haven't been doing that we all need to do better. I will also make sure we do a better job at the start of our rides defining the type of ride/rides that we are doing.

As we continue to grow, it is good to open issues like this up to our members and ask for feedback.

We also need to adjust the ride etiquette page as you mentioned.
