I'm here in Lubbock and they have no flooded roads or parks. Who should I make sure to meet? The ride sounds like our weekenders. Lubbock sure has changed - the loop is now in town. Used to be who was the nut that put that road that far out - the town will never be that big. Seldomk does anyone plan that well.
