In one of the threads below I was criticised by some for suggesting that an anonymous self appointed yoga teacher calling himself "yogani" had only a superficial understanding of yoga. This is actually one of the reasons I wrote that. He believes that someone can simply jump in at the higher levels of yoga without first mastering the basics of yama/niyama. That is completely wrong according to the genuine yogi's. It suggest to me that "yogani" is well read in the field of yoga, but does not understand the basics.
