Subject: Kriya Techniques

I've some questions regarding LM's first Kriya - the number and order in which the techniques should be practised and so on. I'm familiar with the techniques because Kriya Yoga is something I do - it comes naturally to me - but I can't figure out how much to do of each technique to get the right results. I've read that it's good to have a fixed routine? I just do what feels best to me at any given moment, so on some days I end up doing a lot of Kriya pranayamas and on other days I concentrate on the heart centre or at the back of my head, whatever feels best and generates maximum awareness of the Divine Presence. I'd like some help with Talavya Kriya. My tongue has a tendency to roll backwards when I meditate, but I'm not entirely familiar with LM's exercise for stretching the tongue.

I would appreciate any help from anyone willing to discuss the techniques with me outside the boundaries of a guru-disciple relationship and with the sincere desire to assist me in return for nothing. I'm very wary of quack gurus, so please don't get in touch with me if you have anything of that sort on your mind. I have enough confidence in my own abilities and God that I will find answers in the end no matter what.
