I skimmed through your "article". I don't wish to comment on your lengthy diatribe but the premise appears to me clear that you set out to make SRF, its high profile representativse and in particular Yogananda, to look as bad as possible. This is in keeping with the overall "delightful" theme of the website your "article resides on.

You went over the top for me when you tried to brand Yogananda as a supporter of "Mussolini" and Hitler. (The tenuous connection with the Aryan Kriya group is totally ludicrous.) I have read Yoganandaji's writings where he mentions his intentions to try to dissuade Hitler from the actions he took. He never got a chance to try before World War II broke out. Anyone who knows anything of Yogananda , his life, his views, his deeds, know that your insinuation is not based on fact and are without any merit whatsoever. You supposedly having been an SRF member for a decade should know better. You may have your disappointments as a member and living for 9 months in an SRF retreat, but some of the material you have used to attack good people I would characterize as "made-up garbage".

Gandhi wrote two letters to Hitler, both starting with the phrase "My Friend". He tried to convince him to stop his evil actions. Anyone with the slightest knowledge of Gandhi, and his world message and modus operandi, understands the context and true meaning of calling a man such as Hitler "Your Friend". Assuming someone will write a future diatribe on your website about Gandhi, they will no doubt use these letters to say Gandhi was a friend and supporter of Hitler.

Perhaps you need to spend some time trying to understand what is meant by "My Friend" in Gandhi's letter. Perhaps then you might have a greater appreciation for the accomplishments and virtues of the many people you have written derogatory statements about.

Your Friend,

Waqidi
