Very good points indeed.

As "everything is sadhana" has pointed out... the whole point of excercise is to be mindful NOT to be sadhanaholic instead look evrything with deep mindfulness. That does not mean one does not value the seriousness of the sadhana undertaken. it is just that one is not TORMENTED within and accepts everything as a play of the higher consciousness which is none other than hightened awareness of all the aspects of sadhana. .
