Thank you for your insights, H

I have met several disciples of Sai Baba, when they were having an internal conflict of whether to abandon 'ship' and join the Kriya yoga path. They felt very attracted to Yogananda's teachings.. Well, to say the least I adviced them to meditate upon it. I don't like to proselitize in any shape and form.

I had a very vivid and real experience with Sri Shirdi Sai Baba once., a very powerful Guru, indeed...I'm not to fond of Sai Baba.

Henry Ford was a very close friend of Thomas Alva Edison. The Edison's winter home in Fort Myers, Florida, It is a must See! http://www.edison-ford-estate.com/home.asp

Henry Ford was his neighbor there. "Henry Ford and Thomas Edison had become the best of friends. They admired and respected each other. In 1916 Henry Ford purchased Mangoes, the home next door to his friend Edison's Seminole Lodge, so that he and Clara could vacation there while the Edisons were down. The two families enjoyed their time "away from it all" in the tropical serenity of Fort Myers, Florida. Camping expeditions into the Everglades, with Harvey Firestone and his family, plus naturalist John Burroughs, became a special treat."

The botanical gardens are magnificent, although but suffered some damaged after hurricane Charlie.
I visited the house-museum and labs estate circa 1981. Highly recommend it

I did not know Woodrow Wilson's daughter was into occultism. Fascinating!

Thank you for the link....
