 關於 "互相的支援及聯絡" 的一點感受:
雖然未能參加50公里試行，也很希望分享之前和大家一起的感受。
我深信每位參加者的誠意。大家都希望自已有足夠的體能可以完成100公里。所以每次練習都非常認真，全力以赴。但因廿人名單還未落實，我感到競爭氣氛的存在。可能因此重點便放在於預計時間內，完成計劃的路程，支援和聯絡也就較忽略。

其實"Proud of 20" 最難是要一齊。只要建立"Proud of 20"團隊精神，我想是難不到大家的。

加油！大家一定可以一起做到！
