All Citywalkers, we need your inputs and comments on our planning, we know you must be exhausted with frequent and intensive training in gym and trails. However, as the event days are approaching so soon, we would like to hear some voice or opinion from Citywalekrs on our arrangement, so we can still make proper improvement accordingly. Come on!(even just attend the meeting partly). As I mentioned always, Citywalkers on trails, OC in meeting room should know each other. In fact, we are working for one target. I still hope to make everyone know we are in one boat.
I also will urge more OC members to join training sessions (if they are dare to follow the strong citywalkers), I would like to join the 17 OCT training. Would you mind ?
I may be make the team tardy1?
Anyway, OC will start at 7pm, CUPA (Rm R6163), see you there.

Please note that the OC meeting will be held on 18 OCT, Monday, at CUPA office, 6/F Amenity Building
Team leaders pls prepare a summary of progress.
Matthew will arrange his working schedule and come to update training progress.
Alex Ngan (SCM) would like to come for understanding more for making second promotion moive clip.
Bryan will report the status of VIPs invitation.
Livia will brief us about Kick-off ceremony and event day arrangement
Agnes, would present the donation booth setting for 26OCT- 2Nov and preliminary results.
