Dear All CityU B/S,
I just back from Spain in the Tuesday morning, as I need to work in afternoon and late evening to pick up my desk. Thus, I kept silent for a whole day and now briefly sum up what I know and what I broadly plan in coming days for Proud of 20.
1. As Agnes planned, the donation booth outside i-cafe started to run today, even many choas occurred ( that is exactly what we want to test). Tomorrow (Wed) I will be there after 5:30 pm to revise the operation details. Good Notice broads and decoration (thanks Gigi, Agnes, Rose) Voice out if you observe something wrong.
2. Event Stickers and T-shirts have been prepared, thanks Pinky, Phoeny, German, and Eva.... must remember to acknowledge always the designer ---- Mr. Aaron CHAN.
3. MUST visit the new version of Websites, still www.citywalker.org, but totally NEW face. Thanks Charlie LAW, the webmaster. "Words and Moments" are excellent, Matthew's elaboration on Proud of 20 spirit is a must read.
4. The biggest....banner mounted near the swimming pool, thanks Eva, Kenneth (SU) and Kingston
5. Go to read the new issue of CityU Today, " http://www6.cityu.edu.hk/puo/newscentre/publication/ctmag_index.htm" thanks COMO and especially Karen Lai
6. A paper stand on table prepared on Shing Hsin by Agnes, Gigi, Rose, Pls note when you get your lunch there.
7. A new yahoo group entitled "proudof20.yahoo group.hk"open for all Citywalker candidates. pls accept invitation and use to communicate more.
Actions:
Promotion:
1. A broadcast emails to all students/staff is in need to announce the donation booth.
2. Seeking another location for the outstanding banner after 18/10, Kingston please help! You must have solutions.
3. A small banner for Shing Hsin in need, It offered us so much. We passed the design document to SU, I know you are busy but pls hurry up!
4. TV outside the Canteen have not well sorted out, the Movie clip is Alex Ngan's wonderful work!, let people see it ! Eva push Kenneth on!
Donation:
1. A donation booth in Telford campus is discussed, Rose pls discuss if necessary
2. A draw will be conducted on Wednesday to decide dates for various faculties/colleages from 26 Oct to 2 Nov. Rose, Agnes and Bryan will handle it.
3. Livia LEE pls prepare the run-down for the "kick-off" ceremony and donation period during cityU Bandquet. Call me to discuss.
4. Discuss with arrangement of Donation box after city bandquet, Rose and Agnes pls follow up.
Others:
1. Evaluating the Walker team spirit, Patrick and Bryan will handle it.
2. Contact VIPs and their secrateries, Teresa and Bryan will handle it.
3. Schedule of event days, Louisa will be in charge to "ask" Matthew, Patrick, Livia and Kingston to know the posts necessary and arrange what part people can join.
Louisa pls have to screw something from Patrick,before he left HK. I hope we can have the draft before 19/10 (next meeting) for updating everyone.
4. NEXT meeting: 19 OCT, pls do let me have your feedback if you will be OK, late comer, or early leaver.

So tired now, I can sleep now after +40 hours sleeplessness.....fly back from Lisboa to Madrid to HK.
