Thanks for Tong's sharing.

I was advised that the trail walking was a challenge of survival through mutual support in the team on dealing with any contingencies such as injuries which were especially easy to incur in the dark while one was not easy to see all of his/her surroundings clearly upon trail walking.

Mutual encouragement and supports as well as mind preparedness of the adverse contingencies for dealing with them are essential upon struggling survival at those dying moments we are going to undergo after completion of 50 km of the trail and/or getting injuries unfortunately.
