 大家好，

經過差不多十五小時長達四十二點四公里之麥理浩徑練習後，相信大家一定很疲累，但是很高興在這比賽前最後一次之行山練習裡，終於看到一個頗融洽的團隊在出現，而且沿途大家都保持一大班人一起前進之步伐，這都令我們很有信心大家能在這次之行山活動裡一起完成，並且保持優良之團隊表現。我也感到相當欣慰。分段之步行速度如下：
大埔道至城門水塘：全長四點六公里，共用了五十三分鐘。
城門水塘至鉛礦凹：全長六點二公里，共用了兩小時十五分鐘。
鉛礦凹至荃錦公路：全長九點七公里，共用了兩小時四十五分。
荃錦公路至屯門：全長二十一點九公里，共用了六小時三十分。
這個速度和麥理浩徑所建議之步行速度相約，所以大家只要保持這個步行速度，要在四十八小時內完成將不是一個問題。

另外，在剛過去之行山練習中，我們第一次採用野餐形式作食物之補充，感謝亞榮，Brian及 Missy協助購買食物及帶到起點，令我們可以有一個多元化之食物補充。因在星期五當天會議裡說過這次野餐之安排為自費形式，所以每位曾答應參與這次野餐活動之朋友都需要平均分擔食物費用，現嘗試列出有關人仕之名單以作核對，如有任何錯漏，敬請有關朋友指正，當收到確實之參與人數，便會向每位有關之朋友收取相關之費用。名單如下：

榮，Brian, Alex, Matthew, Danny, K.K., 佘，發，Boris, 青，German, 俊，Micky, ...........

如有漏報及錯誤，請有關朋友指出。如有不便之處，敬請原諒。
