活動當日有飲用水供應的位置及相隔距離：

起點至萬宜水庫壩尾，大會水站，距離約為8公里
萬宜水庫壩尾至大浪西灣，大會1號檢查站，距離約為8公里
大浪西灣至北潭凹， Proud of 20補給站及大會2號檢查站，距離約為8公里
北潭凹至企嶺下， Proud of 20補給站及大會3號檢查站，距離約為9公里
企嶺下至基維爾營地，大會4號檢查站，距離約為13公里
基維爾營地至慈雲山觀音廟，Proud of 20補給站，距離約為2.5公里
慈雲山觀音廟至畢架山，大會5號檢查站，距離約為4.5公里
畢架山至走私坳警察射擊場，大會6號檢查站，距離約為6.5公里
走私坳警察射擊場至城門水塘，Proud of 20補給站，距離約為2公里
城門水塘至針山腳下（水塘壩尾），大會水站，距離為1公里
