 Dear all participants,

Here is just a reminder to all of you that a light training will be arranged on 15Jul (Thur) at Hammer Hill Road Sports Ground. It is similar as the first one on 3 Jul (Sun) but I try to include some weight training programs in it (but it depends on the progress of that night training). For detail information of it, please find the information under Training of the CityWalker webpage.
