The whole idea is so that during the rounds clubs are matched more equally. You wouldn't want (going on last year's placings) Wollongong up against Collies, Thirroul and Port in the rounds - that makes it worthless. The final wouldn't be as bad as you make out. It should be the strongest of the "weaker" clubs that plays. On last years results it could be something like Collies v Dapto. It's easy to make comments like yours but I don't see you with any other suggestions!
