That's genious, in the final you get the strongest of the strong clubs playing the strongest of the weak clubs while the rest of the strong clubs sit back and wait for the start of the comp. Hoe are going to pick the strong from the weak. Would be happy to be in a side picked as one of the weak clubs, makes you want to perform at your best doesn't it........ya moron, how is that going to promote anything???
