Pausing only long enough to stow away the flute and take a swig of water from the flask she always carried, she pushed back her hair and listened. The creatures here were strangely quiet, the birds chirping and singing seemed muted, and there was no other sound of life other than her own footfalls. Looking down at the new boots she had purchased and back to the almost invisible trail she followed she wondered if it was her presence that had caused all of the creatures to fall silent. Moving forward she stopped again. She thought she had seen a flash of grey, moving about thirty paces from her. Moving cautiously in case it was a hunter, she slipped closer for a better look. What she saw caused her jaw to drop in amazement. She had heard stories of winged people in this region of the world, but to actually see one was something else. It was a girl with long pale blonde hair and stormcloud grey wings. She moved with purpose, as though she knew where she was going, and would let nothing deter her from her path. Immarra followed silently, she wanted to learn more before approaching the girl, after all it wouldn't do to have the girl attack her when she only wanted to talk. Besides, gathering information was something that every bard was incouraged to do, as they moved far more extensively than most and could carry that information to others who might not get it otherwise. For now she would follow, and if the girl showed no hostility she would approach and make herself known.
