Dark blue batwings fanned slowly behind him and he turned his back on the scene, eyes refocusing to what lay before him and not the several mile's distance that seperated himself from the gathered group. It came naturally, though he refused to admit the moment's hesitation between foci.

Tiani stood before the Forgotten goddess with her half-childish smile and understanding eyes. Ethios stood torn, over three miles away and walking. How could one forgive those who had seen nothing of his kind but abominations intended to be slaughtered? He would take his report and leave his morals to be dealt with another time.
