A slight tingle was the only thing that heralded the return of her station. She could see again everything that occurred and without saying goodbye to any, she returned to her post secure in the knowledge of the other's strength to withdraw from the scene. She was already recording, even before she left the place where she stood, smiling a little as she realized the wings were now a permanent part of her, not to be taken away, along with the gentle link to Zenra, a part of what she had gained when she had been made mortal. Zenra would know at least that her punishment was over, even if no one else knew that it had been a punishment to begin with.
