Jin is trying his very best not to put to much weight on Tyrsis, he doesn't want to hurt her at all, and is still somewhat worried about her stumbling. He looks at her with comforting eyes, a worried look grasping onto his face, "Are you sure your going to be ok? We could take a quick breather if you like?" His ankle is aching somewhat from walking now, after the breather he should be perfectly able to carry himself on his own two feet at least, allowing her to be somewhat releived from his weight.
Tyrsisnods slightly at his request of a breather, she had been raised as a warrior and as such noticed those around her and their weak spots very quickly. His small limp had been seen nearly an hour ago and she could imagine it still hurt him. Her weight must not of helped. "Thats a good idea."
Jin smiles, somewhat releived that he will be able to stop for a little bit. He slowly takes his arm from around her, his knees wobble a bit, but held up enough for Jin to sit in front of a tree, his back leaning against it. He sighs a bit, cracking his neck a little and trying to regain his strength, he then looks up to her and makes an attempt at conversation, but in the same time to find out what's going on in the general area. "I'm not to sure on what's been going on lately...did I miss anything while I was gone...out cold at least? Why was it snowing in the middle of mid-summer anyway?"
Tyrsis shrugs a bit, slender shoulders rising and falling in a fluid motion as she moves to sit beside him, also leaning against the tree. Truth be told, she didn't mind sitting for a moment in case another dream came. She could never tell when they were coming anymore. "This place has thrived, though the rest of the world isn't very well off, from what I can see. The deity of the races removed all but their chosen warriors from Terra's surface until Dru'Riden's threat can be removed. They have gathered in several places, this being one of them. Dru'Riden turned the sun to ice, that explains the snow. I don't know why it has returned to normal."
Jin gasps, the name being of someone he thought died forever. His eyes widened, and he remainded speechless. He doesn't understand how could have someone like him return, and it happening while he wasn't even concious. Zenra's visit to the Mortal Realm is explained with that one name by itself; he regained his posture, and then turns to Tyrsis, an extreme worried look on his face, "How could...how could he have returnend? Zenra destroyed him...his didn't even excist anymore..." He shakes his head, leaning back on the tree fully now, his voice drops to a depressed tone, "I just don't get it..."
Tyrsis responds "I'm not quite sure how he's back, but he is, and so we kill him again before..." She gets a slightly pained expression in her eyes, though her face remains unchanged. "...before he destroys too much more.
Jin turns to her to get a good look, noticing the akward pause in her sentence. Jin was worried about her as it is, anything beyond normal would automatically catch his attention, he doesn't really notice to much in the eyes, but his natural instincts warned him of something being wrong, "Are you ok...?"
Tyrsis nods without even thinking the question through, the answer sounding false even in her own ears. "I'm fine."
Jin says, "Hey, come on now...tell me. I know something is wrong." He smiles, trying to be as comforting as possible, her not telling him could possibly either mean a lack of trust, or her wanting to handle things on her own in general, a similar trait that Jin is highly familiar about since he usual tried to pull it off himself. "You helped me, maybe I could help you."
Tyrsis looks up, not realizing that her gaze had fallen into her hands. Her eyes meet Jin's quietly. "My home is gone thanks to Ceallac Dru'Riden. I doubt there is much you can do now to help, but thank you."
Jin gasps slightly, eating any words that he could think off. His approach was obviously terrible, not knowing that she lost her home. His head turned away from her, his voice low in volume, "...I'm sorry..." He leaned back against the tree and remained quiet, no words could help the pain whatsoever, he could only sit next to her and feel vengeful towards Ceallac, immediately thinking of a battle plan against him...though not much to think about since he just found out he was even alive.
Tyrsis laughs and touches Jin's hand, comforting. "Forgive me for being so blunt when I explain things. I'm not quite used to a world where I sleep in a castle and speak with the Goddess. I'm not as tactful as I should be, even with explanations like that one."
Jin first looks at his hand, then his attention is drawn back to her, he smiles, "It's ok. I shouldn't have been so blunt either. We barely know each other to get too on the personal side anyway." His left hand pushes a few strands of hair from his face, still looking at her, "You stumbled a little when we were walking over here...I hope I didn't hurt you with my clumsy self..." Hopefully changing the subject would break the ice a little.
A look of confusion crosses her face before she remembers the moment he is talking about, her hand resting on his entirely forgotten. "Oh, that. I'm a.. well.. I suppose you would call it a Seer here. Many of the older names still seem unchanged. I see visions of things that are happening, possibly going to happen, or that have already happened." She does seem to warm a little more to this subject, as though it is a familiar one to her. "I have been helping this city defend itself against the various attacks that have been presented."
He smiles, the idea of meeting a Seer for the first time seeming somewhat exciting to him, "You’re a Seer? Amazing! How is it like seeing images like that?" He seems highly interested in the subject, somewhat like a child, it being the one of the only littler things in life Jin somewhat clenches onto that isn't a sword. He too forgot her hand was on his, but subconsciously turned his hand slowly and held hers softly...he really didn't even notice that happening, he seemed more interested in the conversation.
Tyrsis bites her lip and tries to explain. "It’s almost like a dream. Everything well...the real world vanishes to me and then the images come. It doesn't go black, first, or really any color. It simply isn't there anymore. My parents thought it was a curse, because when it first happened I would fall asleep in the middle of what I was doing and wouldn't wake for days. It has gotten better since." She tightens her hand in his as she speaks until the pressure equals his own. "Now it only takes me if it is a very long dream. Otherwise I can stay conscious."
Jin smiles and she returns it in kind, her hand resting lightly in his, unnoticed to either of them.
