Ariel helped another elf to his feet after healing him, sweat covering her brow. Wyrd came just in time. I hope he knows what he's doing challenging that dragon, she thought as she made her way to the last two wounded, Immarra and Kemanoral. Altrez walked up beside her, pale from exerting himself from healing people as well.
He looked at Ariel and she looked back, then she nodded slightly, and knelt down beside the boy and examined him.
"It's going to take both of us to heal him, 'Trez," she said softly and looked back up at Altrez.
"If Immarra could sing, we could focus it with our energy and it would probably work better, but it'll have to be quickly. From the look of him, any wasted time could be his last." He said this softly back, making sure both could hear. He moved to the other side of Kemanoral and knelt down. I'm going to feel this later... he thought silently. His face was beaded with sweat, but he held his hands over Keman and started the spell. Ariel followed suit, placing her hands the same way.
It was all they could do, combined they could save his life, and if Immarra would help, it would be a quicker process. Hopefully.
Goddess willing, let's hope we're not too late.
