Taking Lashana's hand, he helped himself up. Still being a bit shell-shocked from a rather messy time 'n space worm hole, he left rather light-headed from standing up. Looking arround himself, he obviously has NO ide awhere he was, os he decided to ask the redudant question...

"Where are we by chance?"Al'yander was really hopping that Lashana knew the answer to his question.

With the temperature not being as warm as hes used to, he reached into his shoulder pack and took out a sleeveless grey shirt and a pair of black leather sleeves with attached half-fingered gloves. After putting on his shirt and buckling up his sleeves/gloved-armguards, the slight shiver of the brisk, ah hell, freezing cold air was subdued.
With each breath he took, he could see the warm air in the form of a small cloud. After seeing that and linking the weather as a cause, he had come to a conclusion: If you can see your breath....its just too damn cold out!.
