Do not meddle in the affair of dragons, for you are crunchy, and go good with ketchup.

Ariel's eyes narrowed. It did see her, and it had veered its course straight for her. Something akin to spectral sence told her so, though it wasn't nearly as powerful as the real thing. She didn't have the mercurial speed that an Icewind might, but she had the next best thing.

She tilted her wings, and lowered down toward the surface of the water, catching an ocean thermal heading straight for land. Sprites of rainbows intensified around her as her wings caught the reflected light off the water as well as the direct light of the sun above.

"Goddess, I hope they have some kind of defence against dragons, cuz I'm going to be leading this one straight for them."

Altrez's eyes widened as images assaulted him. It definately was Ariel heading for the beach, but she had company. The prophet's gift finally settling back down on him like a warm fog.

He would have welcomed it back under different circumstances. Instead he pushed off the doorframe and trotted down toward the beach, his own metalic wings sending rainbow colors all around him.

"This can't be good..."

As soon as he got to the sand, trotting became just a tad bit difficult and he stumbled more than a few times.

"Immarra! Immarra, it's that dragon again!" he called, not knowing if he could make it complete down the beach where she was standing in time.
