The Weave bucked and twisted, energies that defied description pummeling it without pause. A battle royal was in the process, and some of that deadly fallout lashed out at something that blossomed with life.....and death. Creatures that could not understand cowered in their lairs and dens, terrified of leaving the dubious safety of their home. Kneeling on the ground, knees pressing into the soft loam, hands held tight to a head that throbbed in agony, she did the only thing she could do. She released the Weave's bonds to her, letting all but the thinnest strand snap like a severed rubberband. Even as the torturous pain in her temples receeded, the pain in her heart and soul only began to increase, she knew that this was only the beginning.
