(Somewhere off in the past....)

An angel stood before a dull pillar of light, his eyes locked on the girl held within it. Her violet hair was drifted upwards in an unseen breeze, her eyes closed.

What happened...?

"I don't know. She just reappeared after I sent her off to the future, and I found her like this on the floor."

Will she die?

"No, not while I'm her guardian. The light of soul will keep her alive while she heals. Then she can tell us what happened."

What about the souls?

"The two she had will her are gone, but she seemed to have brought an extra one back with her. *the angel held up his hands, showing a glowing sphere of bluish tinted light.* This soul belongs to someone else."

You should send it back where it came from.

"I know, I am. It doesn't belong in this time." The angel brought his hands together and the soul disappeared. "There."

Let me know when she wakes up, Justin.

"Of course."

Justin ran his hand across the pillar of light.

"Clowie, what -did- I get you into for you to end up back here...like this...?"
