It's less farfetched than you realize.

She smiled and tilted her head down, giving a small hmph as a kind of sad laugh. Then she turned and looked out the window of the tower.

"There are creatures out there, bent on either destroying our race or enslaving it. I don't know. They've released a black infinity onto the world again, one that I'm quite familiar with. Nemesis and Zigorot are planning something to do with her, and I'd like you Mishael, to make sure they don't."

She looked back to him, her silvery turquoise eyes warm.

"Do you think you can do that?"
