Here are my top 10 (not 15... since only 2/3 were there let's only pick 2/3 of the finalist!) This is based on facial beauty from the courier journal pictures only.

Top ten pretty faces for Miss Kentucky County Fair (in attendance at the State Fair last week!)

Then again, I think they are all fabulous!
