I think that is horrible... Also Sarah Withers( who is very qualified to judge) judged various pageants throughout the state and then competed at Adair co. I just dont think that you should even consider judging county fair if you are planning on competing for a county fair title. I believe it is very wrong and also unfair to others competing!
