Miss winner was Amber Dillon. She is such a beautiful girl and looked fabulous in both her formal gown and her fifties outfit. First was Janee Anderson, I believe, second was Kodi Sparks, and third was Jordyn Honchell. This is the first time I have seen Honchell compete since moving from teen into the miss division. In the teen, the winner I think her last name was Day and first was Meagan Brewer. I really thought the Brewer girl should have won. Very pretty and very teen looking. In the preteen the winner was Kasey Maupin. A very deserving win, very poised and cute as could be. I think first was Brooklyn Isaacs and seconds last name was Gabbard. Third place went to Victoria Wise, still a little young but did a good job. Heard her sing yesterday at the Pioneer Festival in Winchester and what a voice she has. Got second place out of about 60, but I thought she would win. Definately the crowd favorite, everyone was talking about her talent. Mrs. winner in Jackson County was Stephanie Billings, very pretty. Loved the fifties theme. All in all a very well put together and good pageant.
