It is understandable that some girls don't feel comfortable in swimsuit, but it is a requirement at state. Why not mandate that all the county fair pageants include a swimsuit competition? Same with interview. It's very important to hear how the girls handle questions from the judges and how they represent themselves. I would hate to see Kara quit competing, but I can sure see why she would. It's just not worth the headache anymore.
