Ages 11 - 13, Casual Wear, Fashion Wear, and Formal Wear
Sign Up By Friday, October 13, 2006, cost is $50 or sign up day of event cost is $65, the winners receive $200 cash awards

TEEN PRINCESS - FREE ENTRY
Ages 14 - 17 - Casual Wear, Fashion Wear, Evening Gown/Formal Wear - NO SWIMSUIT or FITENSS, NO TALENT, NO INTERVIEW, NO ENTRY if sign up by Oct 14, 2006 or it's $10.00 to enter at the door

MS. KENTUCKIANA (ages 21 and over)
ON-STAGE INTERVIEW, AEROBIC WEAR, EVENING GOWN
$100.00 entry fee to pre-register or $125.00 at the door - this is for anyone who does not qualify for the Miss or Mrs Pageants
