I don't mean anything by this and I am NOT trying to start trouble, but Allie's dress was definitely a "teen" dress. She is only 15 and has a lot of years ahead of her. The title of Miss should always go to a girl that is at least 16 at the time. I'm sorry, but I just don't agree with that rule. Andrea should probably have won Miss Allen County (resident title) because she has put in the time in the Miss pageants and I just feel she would have been the best choice. Not to take anything away from Allie, but Allie still has that teen look to her and will need a couple of more years to mature into the Miss look that will be needed to compete at the state level.
The only thing I can think of that is hurting Andrea is her height. She has the rest of the package completely put together.
Congrats to Chasity on her win! She is such a pretty girl and will do great at state. I am also hoping that Heather will win a title and make it to state as well. She looks great in that white dress.
Another Allen Co. girl that is putting in a lot of time in pageants is Brittney Wells. She is doing great and will be a name that is recognized within the next few years. Keep up the hard work Brittney!
