The dress is a blue velvet 5 panel with white Celtic embroidery and white lace. It would best fit a dancer 4'2"-4'5" tall, chest 25-27", waist 24-26" (can be altered in bodice and length). Comes with 2 headpieces (for bun cover and wig).
