Lieve Kriske,

Welkom op dit forum. Ik heb nu niet zoveel tijd om te reageren maar wou je toch alvast even laten weten dat ik het heel knap vind van je dat je de eerste stap hebt gezet. We wisselen hier geen tips uit over het eetgedrag op zichzelf, maar delen wel over de bijbehorende gevoelens en emoties. Je bent aan het goede adres hier voor steun en lotgenotencontact.
