Ik ben hier heel lang geleden wel eens komen schrijven en ik lees alles mee, ik wil toch even reageren op jouw bericht, omdat ik me er erg in herken. Bij mij ontstond het ook ongeveer als toen bij jou. Ik herken het jezelf haten ook heel erg, dat doe ik ook, maar ik probeer het niet meer te doen. Omdat je er kapot aan gaat. Heb je iemand die jij kan vertrouwen om erover te praten?
