jahoor heb het weer gedaan, weer vinger in me keel. Elke keer beloof ik me zelf te stoppen en dan gaat het ook een paar dagen goed en dan begint het weer. Ik ben het gewoon beu !! Heb me zelf dan niet meer onder controle. Maar toch heb ik eergister uit wanhoop het tegen me beste vriendin verteld, luchte wel op. Ik probeer nu echt te stoppen !!! Ik wil het gewoon niet meer. Wil me niet meer volstoppen maar gezond gaan eten !!!!
