The STILAS finance scheme is a well constructured scam as far as we're concerned. Fortunately we saw the red lights and were able to pull our funding application back subsequent been requested to make payment for so called 'Legal fees'. We've tipped-off the FBI due to the fact that we believe this is a huge international white collar fraud scheme with Matthew B. Greene at the helm. I suggest you do the same.
